Welcome to Finesse Dev Studio ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website (finesse.dev) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Finesse Dev Studio provides custom web development, software engineering, mobile application integrations, and website maintenance services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project proposals or invoices agreed upon prior to project commencement.

2. Proposals, Revisions & Client Responsibilities

Projects proceed according to the agreed proposal scope. You are responsible for providing necessary assets (logos, images, text content, credentials) in a timely manner. Revisions outside the initial agreed project scope may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with final balances due prior to site launch or asset deployment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or direct bank transfer. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur late payment administrative fees or service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, full ownership of the final unique visual designs, custom code, and content created specifically for your project transfers to you. Finesse Dev Studio retains ownership of core developer frameworks, pre-existing code tools, and open-source packages utilized in constructing the build.

5. Third-Party Services & Hosting

We build platforms that integrate with third-party providers (including Firebase, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Resend). While we select reputable infrastructure, Finesse Dev Studio is not liable for third-party service outages, API disruptions, or policy changes made by independent platform providers.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finesse Dev Studio excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or data corruption arising from website operations post-launch.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
